House Phillips is located in Montcalm Estate. The architectural language looks at reinterpreting the contemporary “beach style” with simple forms, light / open spaces and an emphasis on site sensitivity and sustainable practices.

 

This design maximizes the sea views from the house and integrates seamlessly into the typography of the site. The house is connected with the landscape through large opening to enhanced the visual and spatial connection

 

Natural materials have been considered for the construction to make this built as energy efficient as possible.  Water will be harvested from all the roofs. Sliding timber shutters and screen will reduce the solar heat gain
