House Eager is situated within Simbithi Golf Estate.

 

The design is a bespoke residential house within the guidelines of the estate. The estate requires a Natal Verandah Style house. The design focus on family living. it lends itself to an open plan living area with a strong link between the verandah and the golf course. High internal spaces enhance this connection with nature.

Sustainable materials, water harvesting and solar panels were used in the design. Solar shading is provided by the covered verandah, cantilevered slabs and large roof overhangs.
